Our Carpet Cleaning Process Includes:

Before and After Sample:

Carpet Before
Carpet After

Pre-Inspection: Before starting the cleaning process, the carpet is thoroughly inspected, paying close attention to any special concern areas.

Traffic Area Preconditioning: Specially formulated preconditioning agents, that work much the same as a laundry presoak, are applied as needed to traffic areas to lubricate and break down soils and oils to assure maximum soil removal.

Spot Removal: Special cleaning solutions are applied to stubborn spots to assist in their removal when possible, during the regular cleaning process.

Edge Cleaning: With the use of a special vacuuming cuff, the powerful vacuum removes dust and dirt from the edges around the room.

Furniture Moving: We will move most furniture during cleaning. Some items such as pianos and china cabinets cannot be moved. Your furniture will be protected from residual moisture by blocks and tabs.

Heavy Duty Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning): Truck mounted cleaning equipment will be used to assure maximum soil removal and minimal drying time.

Post Inspection & Spotting Treatment: Before leaving your home, the carpet is thoroughly inspected to insure your satisfaction. Any remaining stubborn spots will be retreated

Ceramic Tile & Grout

Ceramic Tile and Grout

We use a two step process on your tile and grout cleaning. First we clean the grout using an acidic grout cleaner which etches a miniscule layer off the surface, leaving the grout looking practically new. We rinse the soils out with a hot water injection system at over 200 degrees and 1000 psi.

Second we go back over the same area with an alkaline tile cleaner which neutralizes what is left of the acidic grout cleaner and cleans the tile beautifully. We then rinse the entire area with the same hot water extraction system and allow the area to dry.

Should I seal my grout after it is cleaned?

We recommend against using a grout sealer due to the fact that it is better to allow the grout to breath.

We do recommend an impregnator for your grout. It is a stain resistant product specifically made for grout. Areas that are susceptible to stains should be treated after cleaning with an impregnator.

Natural Stone & Grout

Natural Stone and Grout

Natural stone such as granite, marble, etc. is very susceptible to chemicals, so a lot of care is taken with these surfaces. In addition, there are hundreds of different kinds of granite, marble, etc.

Our technician will need to identify the stone and test the chemicals reaction with the particular kind of stone you have.

Cleaning natural stone will not change the finish (shiny, honed, etc.) To change a finish on a stone a honing or polishing process would need to be done.

Should I seal my Natural Stone after it is cleaned?

Most natural stones should not be sealed. There are some exceptions which would need to be pre-qualified.

Upholstery Cleaning Process Includes:

From preinspection to full cleaning,
we provide the best of professional upholstery cleaning:

Upholstery

Preinspection - Our fabric specialists inspect the fabric and identify the fiber type.

Color Fastness Test - Fabric dyes are tested to determine color fastness. This important step helps to determine the safest cleaning procedure.

Pre-Condition Fabric - A pre-conditioner is applied in order to loosen the soil which will help maximize the effectiveness of the extraction step.

Soil Extraction - The suspended soil is then extracted from the fabric. The frabric is thoroughly rinsed leaving it clean and fresh. The fabric is continuously inpected to ensure the best quality worksmanship.

Professional Spotting (when needed) - Spots that do not respond to the pre-conditioner and extraction steps are then treated with the appropriate spotting solutions.

Fine Fabric Protector (if purchased) - Our protector helps the fabric resist spots, spills and stains. This also helps a properly maintained fabric last longer.

Fabric Drying - Once the fabric is cleanedm, we use powerful airmovers to greatly decrease the drying time. It will also allow you to place your items back into service sooner.

Final Inspection - When the cleaning is complete we conduct a final inspection. Our goal is to achieve the best results possible.
